How to Log In to 9nnn

Logging in to your 9nnn account is designed to be fast. You do not need to remember an email address or username — just the Pakistan mobile number you used when you registered, and your password. Here is the full process from start to finish.

Go to the Login Page

Open your browser and go to 9nnn.win, then tap or click the Login button at the top of the page. On the 9nnn Android app, the Login option is on the home screen.

Enter Your Registered Mobile Number

Type in the Pakistan mobile number you used when you created your 9nnn account. This is your account identifier — the same number linked to your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet for deposits.

Enter Your Password

Enter the password you set during registration. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you cannot remember it, see the section below on recovering your access without submitting any sensitive details to unverified sources.

Complete Any Security Verification

On certain devices or after a long gap between sessions, 9nnn may send a one-time code to your mobile number for verification. Enter the code when prompted — this step protects your account from unauthorised access.

You Are In — Start Playing

Once logged in, your PKR balance is visible at the top of the screen. Head to the Game Lobby for slots, visit the Casino for live tables, or go to Sports to check PSL cricket odds and place your bets.

Security reminder: 9nnn will never ask for your password via SMS, WhatsApp or any third-party message. Only log in through the official 9nnn website or the official Android app you downloaded from the 9nnn download page.

Trouble Logging In?

If you are having difficulty getting into your account, the most common causes and their fixes are straightforward. Going through these one by one usually resolves the issue within a minute or two.

Wrong password — double-check for capital letters and spaces. Passwords are case-sensitive on 9nnn. If you are unsure, use the forgot password option to reset it via your registered mobile number.

Wrong mobile number — try the alternate numbers you own. Some players have multiple SIMs and may have registered with a different one. Your account is tied to one specific number.

Network issue — if the page is not loading or login is timing out, switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi. A brief network drop can sometimes interrupt the login process.

Browser cache — clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. Old cached data occasionally causes login pages to behave unexpectedly.

Account not yet registered — if you have never created an account on 9nnn, there is nothing to log in to. Head to the Register page to create one for free.

Forgot your password? Visit the FAQ page for guidance on the account recovery process. You will need access to your registered Pakistan mobile number to reset your password. If you no longer have that number, contact the 9nnn support team through the platform.

Keeping Your 9nnn Account Safe

Account security matters more than most players realise, especially when real PKR is involved. A few simple habits will keep your 9nnn account protected at all times, whether you are logging in from a Karachi cafe or your home in Lahore.

Use a unique password. Do not reuse the password from your JazzCash account, your email or any other service. A unique password for 9nnn means a breach elsewhere cannot affect your gaming balance.
Keep your registered number active. Your mobile number is the recovery key for your account. If you plan to change your SIM or network, update your account contact details before making the switch.
Log out on shared devices. If you ever log in on a shared phone, computer or public device, always log out fully when you are done. Do not save your password on browsers you do not own.
Never share your credentials. No genuine 9nnn staff member will ever ask for your password. Anyone asking for it — by message, call or social media — is not affiliated with 9nnn.
Change your password periodically. Refreshing your password every few months is good practice. It takes under a minute and significantly reduces the risk of old data leaks being used against your account.
Avoid public Wi-Fi for login. Open networks in markets, restaurants and bus terminals are not always secure. Use your own mobile data connection when logging in to 9nnn from a public location.
