9nnn Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1. General Terms

9nnn operates as an online entertainment platform offering casino games, live casino, sports betting and related services. The platform is designed for adult players and is accessed voluntarily. By using any part of the platform you acknowledge that online gaming carries financial risk and that 9nnn is not responsible for losses incurred through normal gameplay.

These Terms are written in English as used in Pakistan and govern your relationship with the platform entirely. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms take precedence.

9nnn reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts or restrict access at its discretion, particularly where the platform suspects misuse, fraud, underage play or breach of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 9nnn you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or organisation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of 9nnn.
• You have not previously had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

9nnn may request documentary evidence of your age and identity at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, a copy of your CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide acceptable documentation when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on 9nnn. If you are found to hold multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, payment method or device — all duplicate accounts may be closed and any associated balances or winnings may be forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. 9nnn will never ask for your password by phone, email or chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately and change your password.

The information you provide during registration must be accurate and kept up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth or false payment details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• You must use your real name as it appears on your CNIC or other official ID.
• You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number that you own and control.
• Your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account used for withdrawals must be registered in your own name.
• You must notify 9nnn of any changes to your registered details within 14 days.

9nnn reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. This is standard practice for online gaming platforms and is carried out to protect both the player and the platform.

4. Deposits

Deposits on 9nnn are accepted via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction.

Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers and card deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution. 9nnn is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

• Only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made using payment methods belonging to another person may be reversed and the account suspended.
• 9nnn does not accept cash deposits or deposits sent via informal transfer channels.
• Chargeback requests made through your bank or payment provider in bad faith will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the platform's payments page. Standard processing applies to all accounts; VIP members from Silver tier upward receive priority processing. Withdrawals are paid in PKR to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.

Before your first withdrawal, 9nnn will carry out a standard identity verification check. You will be asked to confirm that your withdrawal account is registered in your own name. This is a one-time process for most players and is required to protect against fraud and unauthorised withdrawals.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page.
• You cannot withdraw funds that have not yet cleared wagering requirements attached to a bonus.
• Withdrawals to accounts not belonging to you will not be processed.
• 9nnn reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts.
• If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, contact support with your request reference number.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

9nnn offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback and VIP rewards. Each offer has its own specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit, eligible games and expiry date. These are stated on the relevant promotion page and must be read before claiming.

General bonus rules that apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device and IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after completing the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• 9nnn reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
• Bonuses obtained through misrepresentation or by exploiting a technical error will be voided.
• Players who have self-excluded or set account restrictions may not be eligible for certain promotional offers.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 9nnn covers cricket including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series, football, esports and other markets available on the platform. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on 9nnn:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds can change rapidly during live events — particularly during PSL and T20 matches.
• 9nnn reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• Bets on events cancelled or abandoned before the required completion criteria are met will be voided and stakes returned, unless stated otherwise in the specific market rules.
• Match fixing, spot fixing or any form of event manipulation is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to have placed bets with knowledge of a fixed outcome will be closed.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market are displayed on the relevant betting page.

Cricket-specific rules apply to PSL, T20 World Cup, Pakistan national team matches and other cricket markets. These rules cover scenarios such as Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, super overs, abandoned matches and delayed starts. Specific cricket market rules are available on the sports betting section of the platform.

8. Casino Rules

Casino games and live casino tables on 9nnn are operated using certified random number generators and, for live games, real dealers operating from licensed studios. The outcomes of all games are determined independently of the platform's operational decisions.

• Game results are final. Technical issues during a game round that are beyond the player's control may result in the round being voided and the stake returned, subject to investigation.
• Intentional disconnection to avoid an unfavourable game outcome is not permitted and may result in the loss of the stake for that round.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes for each game are displayed within the game interface.
• Free spins credited as bonuses are subject to the maximum win limits and wagering requirements stated in the bonus terms.
• Progressive jackpot games are subject to the rules published by the game provider. 9nnn is not responsible for errors in jackpot amounts caused by the provider's system.

Live casino games are subject to table availability and studio operating hours. 9nnn does not control the schedules of third-party studio providers, though we work with providers whose live tables are available around the clock for the most popular games.

9. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

9nnn maintains a fair playing environment for all registered players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any tool that interacts with the platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or pricing mistakes to generate artificial winnings.
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions more than once.
• Placing bets with advance knowledge of a fixed or manipulated sporting outcome.
• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process funds from illegal sources.

10. Privacy and Data

9nnn collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

• Your personal information is used to operate your account, process payments, verify identity and fulfil our obligations under applicable policies.
• 9nnn does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment data is handled securely and is not stored on 9nnn servers beyond what is required for transaction records.

11. Responsible Gaming

9nnn provides tools to help players manage their activity. These include deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively rather than reactively.

• Deposit limits can be set from your account settings and take effect immediately.
• Session time reminders notify you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Self-exclusion suspends your account for a chosen period during which you cannot deposit, log in or place bets.

12. Limitation of Liability

• 9nnn is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime during sporting events, including PSL matches or T20 internationals.
• 9nnn is not liable for losses caused by the player's own internet connection, device performance or third-party software.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout, 9nnn reserves the right to correct the error. If a player has already withdrawn an incorrectly paid amount, 9nnn may seek recovery of that amount.
• 9nnn's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

9nnn may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via in-platform notification or email where contact details are available. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an update, you may close your account by contacting the support team. Any pending withdrawals at the time of account closure will be processed in the normal course.
